Kansas 12 hour shift which is more like 13 if your lucky then a 50 round trip commute and yes you really have to want to run cause if you do its the only thing besides showering and sleeping that you will do away from your work place.  But on the run I saw somw white tail deer, cottontail rabbits, and fireflies pretty cool.  I'm gonna try to get up early on Sunday and run.  Peace out and yes Lysa Really Really High!

Kansas has got to be the most boring place on the planet. I have only driven through but even then, I remember thinking, "this place blows." {no pun intended} Nice job running though!

sounds like tough conditions to get any running in, i hope you're able to manage a couple of miles here and there.
