TR HIGH  So here it is... High altitude, steep drops, steep gains,  wow James is an absolutely strong runner.  I gotta say thanks for the gentle pushes to keep going... I'm not gonna lie that run hurt.  At the end I wanted to lay down and cry like a baby. lol okay maybe not that bad but I definitely wouldn't have done that alone.  THANK YOU JAMES!!!!  The river is absolutely an awesome place to recover too.

that river dip was like drugs for my legs. hey i never would have attempted that run without company, so thanks for coming up with the plan. it was a real confidence builder going into these last few weeks of marathon training. you are one tough runner! not many who can run at 9,500 feet with all that vert for 16 miles. nice job.

I think you're both spazzes. Awesome job though! Holy Crap! I thought 3 miles was hard to do up there and I kept thinking about how you guys had just done 16! That's amazing. Good Job! And I wondered how you dealt with the sweat afterwards while camping..glad you got in the river! I bet that felt so good.

sounds fun! I bet sticking your feet in a river after a long run is awesome! I want to try it.
