I'm a little mad, I should have checked outside, but I didn't because I thought the pollution would be bad.  Then I go out for lunch and it is super clear and fairly warm, and I ran on the stupid treadmill again. lol such is life

Treadmill again, I feel like its Groundhog day! lol  I have a long christmas break coming so I ought to be able to make it outside in the fresh air?!  We'll see; it stays fairly clear in Eagle Mountain.

So after a stupid sinus infection, and then a small bout with food poisoning and a big bout with laziness; I managed to make it outside and it really kicked my butt!  Oh well heres to starting over with the New Year!
